3D isotopic imaging

A question for OCADers:
Who is doing 3D isotropic imaging of joints on a regular basis?
How long is the acquisition on average?
Are you using GE or Siemens (or other)?
1.5T/3T?

What are the major image quality issues?

We are investigating 3T scanners and are interested in integrating these sequences but want to know how others are using them.

    If you are talking of GRE or DESS type- they are around for 2 decades or more

    For spin echo TSW-

    At JHU – since 2009
    At UTSW- since 2013
    All joints

    Go for Siemens
    5-6 min with capri space
    3-4 min with compressed sense

    isotropic beautiful images

    Our orthopods are used to it- they demand it

    You can now measure meniscal and labral tears
