8M known Osteogenesis Imperfecta with distal femoral lesion CT, please help

This is a consult for my colleague Dr. Liebeskind.Apparently the referrer has seen outside XRs from another country that showed a smaller cyst-like lesion of the distal femur….though there are no details.
There is obvious bowing of the dstal femur with (bilateral) Enders nails that cut out of bone at the anterior distal femur.
There is extensive bone expansion with cortical thinning, erosion / destruction and superimposed pathologic fracture with immature callus at the anterior supracondylar femur.
HU measurements range from 20s-40s

I have found a reference from 2003 on "solid ABC" / giant cell reparative granuloma which included 1 patient with OI and recurent pathologic fracture with "solid ABC" at the site of the fractures.

What do you think?

Thank you.
