    Hi Phillip,

Steve Quinn wrote a web clinic on this earlier this year. A timely topic.

Presents with loss of range of motion (LROM) after 2nd Covid vaccine in March. Symptoms started after the vaccination. Never had shoulder problems before.

I reported possible SIRVA (Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration). I had to look that term up when the spouse of an ER doc came in for a steroid injection for adhesive capsulitis and she told me that is what she had. SIRVA was actually described before Covid with the flu shot.

    Learning every day.

  2. We have seen increased rates of *adhesive capsulitis* during pandemics,
even before vaccination had started. — It seems that both Covid-19 and
Vaccination are related — our group is writing a paper on it, which should
    be submitted shortly

Moreover, recently also an increase of *Guillain-Barré Syndrome* cases due
to AstraZeneca vaccines. Find a beautiful case attached, from last week.

    Best,
    Atul
