76M 1 month shoulder pain, not specified. CT. Please help.

Narrowest distance between coracoid and lesser tuberosity is 5mm with arm in internal rotation (he was not imaged in neutral, this is all we have)

Subcoracoid bursitis

The subscapularis tendon looks wavy / lax….given the degree of internal rotation, is this abnormal?
Is there retraction of the subscapularis myotendinous junction.
Given the limitations of CT technique, the superior cuff looks pretty normal.
