7-yro boy with knee pain

Hello OCADers,

Thank you all for your quick responses.
Most colleagues suggested CNO/ CRMO as the initial diagnosis.
DD included multifocal EG, Langerhans Histiocytosis, infection including
tuberculosis.
Some suggested ruling out infection before going with CNO.
Most responders preferred immediate biopsy over follow-up.
Some recommended WB-MRI to rule out/ image other lesions.

In the meantime, laboratory tests revealed chronic inflammation with normal
white blood cell count.
