66F knee mass

66F with knee mass present for about 3 years. No noticeable change in size or discomfort. History of stroke and an implanted heart loop monitor.

We have outside MR, CT, and Radiographs. Only have postcontrast imaging in axial plane, which isn’t great quality. Mass involves proximal fibula and tibia with large soft tissue component. Faint mineralization on CT.

This has been biopsied but path result is entity that doesn’t usually look like this or behave like this.

What are everyone’s differential considerations?

Thanks for any insights!
