Nonspecific diffuse osteopenia with trabeculation bilaterally likely
secondary to underlying metabolic disease. Differential diagnosis: sarcoid
disease (although normal chest without lymphadenopathy),
hyperparathyroidism, hemoglobinopathies, Paget’s disease. It does not look
like rheumatoid/psoriatic arthritis. Any other suggestions?
Ps. Bilateral SLAC wrist as well. Not sure if it’s related or not.
