Thank everyone for their input on the shoulder lesion.
Fibrous dysplasia =5
Biopsy if hot on bone scan = 2
Met/lymphoma = 2
Onc is requesting biopsy and patient is scheduled for this next week. Pt
had CT (not PET-CT) of chest, abdomen and pelvis and no other lesions were
identified. I spoke to pathologist who is a bone specialist and showed him
the images. Will give feedback once path is known.
