54F referred for Calcific Tendonitis Shoulder MRI

I was confused by the history of calcific tendonitis—obvious, acute retracted infraspintus myotendinous junction tear (Novel Lesion) blue arrow; the distal tendon indicated by the red arrow

Yellow arrow shows the quiescent calcific deposits near the insertion of the posterior infraspinatus and teres minor

I’m told she went to Urgent Care and was "injected"
Do you think a blind injection could have precipitated this scute Infraspinatus MT junction tear?
