This looks as if it arises from the posterior fascia.
Does that make this Nodular Fasciitis?
Is there a differential diagnosis?
It seems as if the bright PDFS distention of the joint isn’t pure fluid
signal, but there is no synovial enhancement and marrow signal is normal.
We have no XRs or other imaging.
