The SLL is torn and there is a sizable volar radioscaphoid ganglion

But this is surprising…chronic atrophy of the hypothenar muscles and interossei — innervated by the Ulnar nerve. Obviously unrelated to the trauma 5 weeks earlier. He had C spine MRI (because it is a personal injury case) that showed a minor HNP at C3-4, no canal stenosis or foraminal encroachment at any level.

Should I recommend elbow imaging, or is it chronic and irrelevant at this point?
