Somewhat unusual case (at least I haven’t seen many if any before). I measured about a 4 cm gap. No other history given although I know that there can be a paucity of symptoms with this abnormality.

Got a few comments about this case. One was “What was that not so pretty case about?” I sent it because I thought it was an interesting case of an extensor carpi ulnaris rupture from pretty trivial reported trauma. Intact tendon in first image. You can see the empty ulnar groove on one of the images. To be honest I almost put it away before it caught my eye.
