First image was 8 months ago, which was a year after Latarjet and Remplissage (Mais Oui). He had a recurrent dislocation.
This image was 8 months later (current case read today). These were a bit of a different angle but at the same level.
Chronic unreduced anterior dislocation with secondary bone remodeling undoubtedly do to continued use of the shoulder with motion. The Laterjet (coracoid bone block) and remplissage procedures are considered end of the line procedures before of course a shoulder arthroplasty. I’ve seen failures before but not like this. Most treated sooner before the adaptive changes.
Enjoy and happy springtime (for the Northern hemisphere OCADers). Happy fall for the Southern!
