This reminded me of Phil’s acromion case the other day.
I don’t see a calcific deposit, but the degree of reactive marrow and soft
tissue edema in proximity to the teres minor insertion is hard to explain
(in my opinion) for anything other than resorptive phase HADD.
I never know if I can be entirely confident of the diagnosis of calcific
peritendinitis when I can’t see the calcific deposit.
IS there any differential diagnosis?? What do you think?

Tatiane Cantarelli just suggested that this looks alot like SIRVA; injury
post vaccination with improper injection technique.
