Karina Todeschini pointed out that Arthritis in Black and White does indicate that the TMT joints are a common target for RA ….and, though not as prevalent, that the midtarsal joints are a target of RA, particularly when they are symmetrically involved and uniformly narrow…..as in this case (only confirming my opinion that the older reference is still the best)
BTW, Karina gave a wonderful case presentation touching on RA in the foot in our recent Case Session.
