Patient with hypoxic and mucoid deg of achilles- cavus type foot
See 3D on right and 2D on left- the achilles and rotator cuff tears are so pretty on 3D FSE- which otherwise you would blow off as tendinopathy and possible tear/mucoid deg on 2D. Enjoy three distinct tears in achilles- all partial
3D really help in supraspinatus tear and labral tears as well.
