There are those dark signal peripheral and more central rinds and bright T1 and PDFS signal with no enhancement…and the pattern of punctate central mineralization doesn’t correspond to the dark signal rims….which suggests that is either fibrous or hemosiderin
I gave a DDx of chronic complex cyst with dystrophic calcification or chronic hematoma.
He denies trauma, but this is ancient history.
Any other suggestions for the report?
