Do you see a cause of his ulnar wrist pain in these images?

I think there is real but inhomogeneous edema of the pronator quadratus, without atrophy. PQ edema can be related to anterior interosseous nerve syndrome, but has been reported as a common incidental finding. Would you mention the possibility of anterior interosseous nerve syndrome in this case? Just suggest clinical correlation? Recommend forearm MRI? Ignore it?

There is also moderate distention of the inferior pisotriquetral recess, which can contribute to ulnar pain.
Did you notice the ECU dislocation<radsource.us/extensor-carpi-ulnaris-subsheath-injury/>?
The wrist is supinated, which can provoke subluxation…but this is completely dislocated, indicating ECU subsheath tear.
