29M hallux blunt trauma 2.5 yrs ago, pain, suspect osteochondral defect, MRI, Please Help

There is no chondral / osteochondral defect.
There is obvious hallux valgus and bunion.
The arrow points to the accessory tibial sesamoid ligament…do you think
it is chronically torn? Is that the remnant next to the tibial sesamoid?
I am not sure if the MCL/capsular thickening is simply due to HAV.

No mention of 2nd toe symptoms, but there seems to be chronic
medial-midline insertional tear of the 2nd MTPJ plantar plate
with cystlike change and possible incomplete fracture at the plantar medial
base of the 2nd toe prox phalanx.
