24F referred to evaluate non radiographic axial spondyloarthritis, Please Help

XRs look normal (per the diagnosis)
Our protocol only includes Sag STIR, the Cor, Obl Cor an Obl Ax are PDFS
I think I see subtle marrow edema at the bilateral anterior sacral margins…or I’m hallucinating….

I’m convinced there is mild bilateral sacroiliac synovitis
No erosions

I thought there might be a small anterior cortical fracture at S3 with marrow edema…but the T1 looks normal….and there is subtle marrow edema at the inferior margin of S2…..is this related to the underlying spondyloarthritis?

Please tell me what to think.
