2 year old baby : Limping after a fall

Hi every one.

A 2 years old baby has a limping after a fall 25 days ago. There is no argument for an infection in his blood test. He was refered for an MRI. We can see an enlargement of the postérior aspect of epiphyseal cartilage with a mirror ostéolysis of the épiphyse and the metaphysis on both sides of the cartilage. There is no necrosis after injection and there the is épiphyseal et metaphyseal oedema on the STIR.
There is no periostal reaction.

Can we consider chronic recurrent multifocal ostéomyelitis at this age? Eosinophile granuloma?

Your help is more than welcome?
