Thank you to everyone who responded. I did not include the radiographs on
the first go around so here they are.
Consensus is a Rhomboid Fossa, a normal variant. I am reminded that I
have forgotten some of the normal variants I had once memorized from
Keat’s …Normal Variants book (or as my co fellow and I fondly referred
to it … “Big book of missed fractures”). The radiographs are a great
example of this normal variant.
