Hi there!
This is a 17-yo male who sustained hand trauma 2 months ago and persistent pain with fusiform swelling in the proximal 3rd finger since then. Free ROM and a painful lump in the third finger. No constitutional symptoms. On MRI, we can see these periarticular cystic lesions with adjacent bone marrow edema e post-contrast enhancement.
I would like to hear your thoughts.
