15M Shoulder Pain 4 days after injury, MRI

There is a pathologic fracture through a simple bone cyst with a cortical fragment in the cyst and overriding fracture margins
There is extensive soft tissue edema medial to the humeral shaft
The red arrow indicates the avulsed inferior glenohumeral ligament

Sagittal images show anterior angulation at the fracture apex with the cortical fragment in the bone cyst and extensive surrounding edema, with large inferior capsular ligamentous defect and triceps muscle edema

The Obl Ax images shows the retracted ligament to best advantage

I wonder if the solitary bone cyst will complicate treatment of the avulsed inferior glenohumeral ligament
Thoughts?
