Interesting. Has an acute Bankart and on the ABER he is subluxed in the
magnet! (PD FS axial and coronal show acuity).
Also has a chronic posterior labrum tear (T1 axial images show it). Makes
sense, sometimes wrestling holds will result in flexion of the arm in front
of the chest (position of risk for a posterior subluxation/dislocation) and
when they are thrown on the floor, voila.
In this specific case he must have had his arm jerked away in abduction
external rotation in order to acutely anteriorly sublux/dislocate.
