13 yo with 2 month foot pain with findings

After having a better look, it might actually be a type 3 accessory navicular bone with posteromedial proeminence?

Dear all,

Would gladly ask for help for this 13 yo boy with medial foot pain for 2 month in progression, with gait, without any notion of trauma.

Could that be early Kohler? There is no accessory navicular bone. No coalition. Any other idea? Should I consider infection?
