Hello,
Sorry for late response and thank you for all answers.
There are the answers:
primary muscle conditions (inclusion body myositis etc)
muscular dystrophy
Chronic myopathy, most probably juvenile (dermato?)myositis.
Suspicious for myopathy/muscular dystrophy (duchennes can affect women and I believe presents later)
Most common answer was juvenile dermatomyositis.
All people advise to make a muscle biopsy witch was ordinated we are waitng for results.
Best regards,
Artur
